| Give us a call so that you can explain your needs and schedule a time to meet at your site. This initial phone consultation will give us both a place to start in determining the best course of action for your IT services. |

| At this stage, a consultant will visit your office to discuss your network configuration in greater detail. An initial evaluation of your current setup is done before any contracts are filled out. We also provide a free network diagram. Both the evaluation and network diagram are yours to keep - Absolutely Free. |

| In some cases, it takes more than ongoing service to get your current network at peak performance and optimized for efficiency. It is at this stage that we will provide any suggestions and a proposal to bring your network current. This proposal can include, but is not limited to, such services as introducing new hardware (servers, firewall, etc.) or simply making sure all licensing is current. |
