All information submitted to Naples WebWorks, Inc. via this site shall be deemed and remain the property of Naples WebWorks, Inc. and Naples WebWorks, Inc. shall be free to use, for any purpose, any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information a visitor to this site provides Naples WebWorks, Inc. through this site. Naples WebWorks, Inc. shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding submitted information except as agreed by the Naples WebWorks, Inc. entity having the direct customer relationship or as otherwise specifically agreed or required by law.

To purchase a service through Naples WebWorks, Inc., we normally require a deposit equal to a portion of the entire cost of the service. This deposit ensures proper scheduling and resource commitment. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstance. Refunds are not available for any service or consulting fees; however, non-functioning web solutions such as completed yet inoperable websites may be subject to a refund if we are unable to repair the problem. Where a refund is issued, purchasers will have to confirm in writing that they have destroyed all source code submitted by Naples WebWorks, Inc. and have not saved the source code in any format or on any electronic or print media. Any abuse of this policy as determined at the sole discretion of Naples WebWorks, Inc. may lead to a denial of refund.

Our services are primarily consulting, and requires that we are avaiable and ready to work in a timely fashion. Returns are not avaiable for any service rendered. A product, defined as a tangible item that is avaiable for purchase by the customer, may be returned within 15 days of delivery ONLY if the item has not been opened and is sealed in it's original package. All shipping costs associated with returned item(s) will be paid by the customer.

Cancellation of a project is available within 5 days of the start date as determined by signed agreement or before project completion, which ever is sooner. See refund policy above for details on deposit payments. Cancellation on maintenance agreements require 30 days written notice. After notice has been received, any and all confidential data will be supplied to the client. Once final payment has been issued, all client data will be deleted from Naples WebWorks, Inc. hard disks.

Shipping policy coincides with return policy in which all shipping costs to be paid by client.
